Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling both in-store and via digital channels, acting as a trusted style advisor for children's clientele.
- Utilize digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel inventory (fleetwide) to source product, drive outreach and close sales.
- Apply expert styling and brand knowledge to wardrobe recommendations and personalized client experiences (wardrobing).
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic business planning.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and support store-level initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated success in commission-based retail selling and meeting sales goals.
- Experience styling and selling fashion, preferably in children's or luxury apparel.
- Comfortable using digital selling platforms and social media to engage clients; adaptable to technology-enabled workflows.
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.
Skills
Experience
Proven retail selling experience in fashion or luxury goods with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, sell on commission and use digital tools for client outreach and remote selling. Previous children's wear experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
