Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge while leveraging technology and wardrobing techniques to improve sales performance
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory systems to service both in-store and remote clients
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion rates, and wardrobing goals through strategic business planning
- Create intentional client traffic through digital tools and social media outreach
- Showcase product offerings strategically based on client interaction mode (remote or in-person)
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Report to Sales Manager on performance metrics and client engagement activities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Proven commission sales experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Demonstrated expertise in styling, fashion trends, and contemporary design
- Proficiency with technology and digital selling tools
- Ability to set and consistently achieve sales goals
- Flexible work schedule with weekend availability (Friday through Sunday)
