- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personalized styling expertise
- Demonstrate authority in fashion, trends, and product knowledge with authority both in-person and digitally
- Utilize selling tools and omni-channel technology to engage clients remotely and in-store, leveraging fleetwide inventory
- Showcase products strategically based on client engagement method (in-person versus remote)
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize business development through intentional wardrobing, targeted client outreach, and digital tool optimization
- Employ digital platforms and social media to connect with clients and direct intentional traffic to the department
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion, and luxury fashion retail experience
- Commission sales background and demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Proficiency with technology and proven experience selling to clients using digital tools
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule

Experience
Commission sales experience in a luxury or contemporary retail environment, with demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive sales results.
Education
