Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality whilst engaging with clients in-store and digitally
- Demonstrate expert styling, brand knowledge, and product expertise to enhance wardrobing and sales performance
- Adapt product presentation strategies based on client interaction modality—whether remote or in-person
- Utilise selling tools and digital store technology for omni-channel inventory management and sales execution
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing objectives
- Strategize business development initiatives to increase individual productivity through intentional client outreach and technology integration
