Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and expert styling.
- Deliver exceptional in-store and remote client experiences, advising on accessories with authoritative product and brand knowledge.
- Sell using digital tools and omni‑channel inventory (fleetwide) to source product and close sales across channels.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital selling platforms to drive intentional traffic and engage clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-focused store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous fashion retail experience with demonstrated styling expertise.
- Commission-based sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency with digital selling tools and omni‑channel retail technology.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and client needs.
Skills
Experience
Experience in fashion retail and commission-driven selling, including styling and remote/in-person client engagement. Proven ability to meet individual sales and conversion goals.
