Role & Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare items for the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and maintain accurate records
- Complete merchandise price changes as assigned
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas
- Support the operations team in maintaining a smooth flow of merchandise during peak season
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
