Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for display on the selling floor
- Prepare and process outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Perform daily inventory control operations and reconciliations
- Execute merchandise price changes and ticketing as required
- Maintain and enforce all safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas
- Support the operations team in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, or receiving roles
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
