Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for display on the selling floor
- Process and prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and reconciliations
- Implement merchandise price changes and markdowns as directed
- Maintain strict safety procedures and protocols across all work areas, particularly on the receiving dock
- Support the operations team in delivering exceptional execution of assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or similar back-of-house roles
- Proficiency with retail systems and mobile technology platforms
- Ability to safely lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
Skills
Experience
