Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions
- Serve across different store areas based on business requirements
- Handle escalated customer issues with grace, connecting clients to management as needed
- Demonstrate consistent follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations services in coordination with operations and management
- Partner to facilitate fitting room experiences when required
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the client experience through ancillary services
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven sales ability
- Familiarity with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer-facing retail or service environments with demonstrated ability to sell products and services to discerning clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
