Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and throughout departments, connecting them with appropriate team members
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions using retail technology systems
- Serve across different store areas and departments based on business needs
- Handle escalated customer issues gracefully and connect clients with management as needed
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and special needs throughout their visit
- Support omnichannel fulfillment operations including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations coordination
- Assist with fitting room experiences and styling consultations
- Promote and cross-sell premium services including alterations, personalization, beverage offerings, and package delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric or retail sales role
- Demonstrated ability to sell products and services effectively
