Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient point-of-sale transactions and manage payment processing
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in collaboration with operations and management teams
- Graciously handle escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests and needs
- Cross-sell ancillary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, and delivery options
- Serve flexibly across different store departments based on business priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric retail or sales roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
