Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate sales associates based on service requirements
- Serve flexibly across different store areas based on business needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support omnichannel services including BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences
- Identify and introduce clients to premium services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail technologies and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing sales or service roles, demonstrating proven ability to sell products and services in a retail or hospitality environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
