Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient point-of-sale transactions and maintain familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Serve across multiple store departments as business needs dictate
- Handle escalated customer issues with grace by connecting clients to management personnel
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations, alterations coordination (online and in-store pickups), and fitting room experiences in partnership with operations and management teams
- Identify and present opportunities to enhance client experience through services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package carry-out, or delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience with demonstrated sales capability
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technology platforms
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
