Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and department areas, transitioning them to appropriate specialists based on service requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations coordination
- Serve flexibly across varied store departments based on evolving business needs
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally by connecting clients with management when necessary
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service requirements
- Support fitting room experiences and partner with operations teams on specialty service delivery
- Identify and introduce clients to complementary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package services, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric roles with proven sales capability
- Familiarity with and ability to operate retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Flexibility to maintain a schedule that accommodates business peaks, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
