Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve flexibly across different store areas according to operational requirements
- Process efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously and connect clients with management as needed
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations services, and fitting room experiences in coordination with operations and management
- Identify and present opportunities to enhance client experience through services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in customer-centric roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
