Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at store entrances and department areas, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient and accurate Point of Sale transactions
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with operations and management
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Graciously escalate complex issues to management while maintaining client satisfaction
- Serve across multiple store departments and areas based on business priorities
- Identify and introduce premium services including alterations, personalization, and food and beverage offerings to enhance the client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in customer-centric retail or service roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of customer-centric experience demonstrating success in product and service sales within a retail or hospitality environment. Prior luxury retail exposure is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training is preferred but not required.
