Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning customers to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Support omnichannel fulfillment services including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations in partnership with operations and management teams
- Assist with fitting room experiences and styling guidance as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups with grace and attention to detail
- Escalate complex issues to management members professionally and promptly
- Introduce and promote Neiman Marcus services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
- Work flexibly across multiple store areas based on business priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing, sales-oriented roles
- Demonstrated ability to sell products and services effectively
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-centric experience in a sales or retail environment with proven success in selling both products and services.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
