Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs and operational requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously by connecting clients with management team members
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup services, alterations (online and in-store pickups) in partnership with Operations and management
- Partner with the fitting room team to enhance client experience when needed
- Identify opportunities to introduce complementary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or service experience
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively
- Familiarity with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
