Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient point-of-sale transactions
- Serve flexibly across different areas of the store based on business requirements
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously and connect clients with management as needed
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup services in partnership with operations and management teams
- Partner to support fitting room experiences when required
- Identify and present opportunities to enhance client experience through services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, or delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or service experience with proven ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-facing retail or service roles with a track record of successfully selling products and services.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
