Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Serve flexibly across multiple store areas to support evolving business demands
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-up In Store) and curbside pickup services in partnership with operations and management
- Coordinate alterations services for both online and in-store pickups
- Facilitate follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs to ensure satisfaction
- Introduce complementary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, and delivery options
- Escalate complex issues professionally to management while maintaining client rapport
- Support fitting room experiences and other specialized store operations as assigned
