Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, facilitating seamless transitions to appropriate sales associates based on service requirements
- Operate across multiple store areas as directed by business needs and sales management
- Process efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Escalate and facilitate resolution of customer issues in collaboration with management team members
- Demonstrate attentive follow-up on client requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-up In Store) and curbside pickup services in partnership with operations and management
- Coordinate fitting room experiences when required
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client experience through ancillary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer-centric retail or service experience with demonstrated sales ability
- Familiarity with retail technology platforms and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to accommodate a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods based on business requirements
