Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, routing them to appropriate sales associates based on service needs
- Provide customer-centric sales support across multiple store areas based on operational requirements
- Process efficient point-of-sale transactions and handle customer payments
- Support omnichannel fulfillment operations including BOPIS, curbside pickup, online alterations coordination, and fitting room experiences in collaboration with operations and management teams
- Escalate complex customer issues to management with grace and professionalism
- Follow up diligently on customer requests, questions, and special needs
- Cross-sell premium services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package delivery, and carry-out services to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or service industry experience with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands
