Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Serve clients across different store areas in response to business demands and customer needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Escalate complex customer issues to management with grace and professionalism
- Follow up on client requests, questions, and service needs with attentiveness
- Support omnichannel fulfillment including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations coordination with operational partners
- Assist with fitting room experiences as required
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by promoting ancillary services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package delivery, or concierge services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric retail or service roles
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
