Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and complete omnichannel service requests
- Serve in different store areas based on business requirements and client demand
- Demonstrate attentive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and preferences throughout the shopping experience
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations operations in coordination with operations teams and management
- Assist with fitting room experiences and other guest-facing services as needed
- Escalate complex customer issues to management with professionalism and grace
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences by introducing premium services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing retail or service-oriented roles with demonstrated sales ability
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
