Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions while maintaining accuracy and grace
- Serve across different store areas based on operational priorities
- Escalate customer concerns professionally by connecting clients with management when necessary
- Follow up diligently on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store) and curbside pickup services in collaboration with Operations and managers
- Assist with Fitting Room experiences when required
- Proactively introduce complementary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile technologies
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
