Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and departments, routing them to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and handle payment processing
- Serve flexibly across different store departments and areas based on operational needs
- Address escalated customer issues with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
- Demonstrate attentive follow-up on client requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-up In Store) and curbside pickup operations in coordination with operations teams
- Assist with fitting room experiences and alterations management, both in-store and online
- Identify and present opportunities to enhance the client experience by promoting premium services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of demonstrable experience in customer-centric retail or hospitality roles
- Proven track record of successfully selling products and services to clients
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods based on business requirements
