Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve in varied store areas based on real-time business requirements
- Process efficient and accurate Point of Sale transactions
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and connect them with management
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup services in partnership with Operations teams
- Assist with fitting room experiences and alterations coordination
- Identify and introduce clients to ancillary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package delivery, and carry-out options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with measurable success in product and service sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
