Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients at store entrances and within departments, routing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as required
- Provide follow-up support on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations in partnership with the Operations team
- Assist with fitting room experiences and alterations coordination
- Handle escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and delivery options
- Maintain flexibility in assignment across store areas based on business requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail and mobile technologies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
