Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve flexibly across different store areas according to business requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions
- Handle escalated customer issues with grace and connect clients to management as needed
- Demonstrate diligent follow-up on customer requests, questions, and inquiries
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations services in partnership with Operations and management teams
- Partner in supporting fitting room experiences when required
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to premium services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, or delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with and proficiency in retail and mobile technology platforms
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
