Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve flexibly across different store areas to support evolving business requirements
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Escalate customer issues graciously to management while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and specific needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations processing, and online order fulfillment in partnership with operations and management teams
- Provide fitting room support and assistance as operationally needed
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client experience through complementary services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric retail or service roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with and proficiency in using retail technologies and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
