Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients at store entrances and throughout departments, directing them to appropriate sales associates based on service requirements
- Process point-of-sale transactions with efficiency and accuracy
- Demonstrate responsiveness to customer requests, questions, and follow-up needs
- Support omnichannel fulfillment services including BOPIS and curbside pickup in collaboration with operations teams
- Manage fitting room experiences and alterations coordination when needed
- Escalate complex customer issues to management with discretion and professionalism
- Cross-merchandise by introducing clients to value-added services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage, and delivery options
- Maintain flexibility to serve various store departments based on real-time business requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer-facing retail or sales experience with demonstrated sales aptitude
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele
- Willingness to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
