Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, routing to appropriate sales associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and omnichannel fulfillment services including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations coordination
- Support fitting room experiences and facilitate customer requests with attentiveness and follow-through
- Escalate complex issues graciously to management while maintaining client relationships
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience through introduction of ancillary services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package delivery, or carry-out
- Serve flexibly across store departments based on operational requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and mobile devices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
