Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, routing customers to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient point-of-sale transactions across multiple store areas as needed
- Manage escalated customer issues gracefully by connecting clients with management
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations in partnership with operations teams and managers
- Assist with fitting room experiences and premium services when required
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, and delivery services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
