Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, then connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
- Work in different areas of the store according to business needs.
- Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently as needed.
- Handle escalated issues graciously and efficiently by connecting clients with a member of the management team.
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, online alterations and alteration pickups in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on Duty.
- Support fitting room experiences when needed.
- Enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, or delivery.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
