Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Work flexibly across different store areas based on business requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and maintain transaction accuracy
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously and connect clients with management as needed
- Demonstrate timely follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-up In Store) and curbside pickup services in coordination with operations and management teams
- Partner with teams to enhance fitting room experiences and support alterations services
- Introduce clients to value-added services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage options, and delivery alternatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer-centric roles with demonstrated sales ability
- Familiarity with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
