Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning patrons to appropriate associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations fulfillment in coordination with operations teams
- Serve flexibly across different store departments and zones based on operational needs
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously by connecting patrons with management personnel
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support fitting room experiences and facilitate service introductions, including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
- Familiarity with and proficiency in retail and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
