Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and department areas, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve across different store departments based on operational requirements
- Process efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Gracefully escalate complex customer issues to management personnel
- Follow up proactively on client requests, questions, and needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations management in coordination with operations and management teams
- Partner with managers to enhance fitting room experiences as needed
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance client experience through alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package carry-out, and delivery services
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven sales ability
- Familiarity with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or sales experience with demonstrated ability to sell products and services in a luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
