Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve across multiple store areas based on operational requirements
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle escalated customer issues graciously by connecting clients with management
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and specific needs
- Support omnichannel fulfillment operations including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations management
- Assist with fitting room experiences when required
- Identify and promote premium services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, package delivery, and concierge support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric or retail sales roles
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively
- Comfort with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
