Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on their service needs
- Serve across multiple store departments according to operational priorities
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Manage escalated customer concerns by coordinating with management
- Follow up on customer requests and service needs in a timely manner
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations in collaboration with Operations and management teams
- Assist with fitting room experiences and alterations coordination
- Identify and present opportunities to enhance the client experience through services such as alterations, personalization, dining, delivery, and package carry-out
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric retail or service role with demonstrated sales capability
- Proficiency with retail technologies and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Ability to maintain excellent service standards during peak periods and high-traffic situations
- Willingness to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer-centric roles demonstrating the ability to sell products and services effectively.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
