Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage inbound merchandise for floor presentation
- Prepare outbound shipments for customers, inter-store transfers, and distribution center returns
- Execute daily inventory control and reconciliation procedures
- Apply merchandise price changes and promotional markdowns as directed
- Maintain and enforce safety compliance protocols across receiving dock and work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or receiving roles
- Proficiency with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Ability to safely lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- Physical capability to perform standing, bending, and stair climbing for extended periods
