Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for the selling floor
- Process outbound merchandise for client shipment, inter-store transfers, or distribution center delivery
- Execute daily inventory control operations and cycle counts
- Apply merchandise price changes and ticketing as directed
- Maintain comprehensive safety protocols across receiving dock and work areas
- Support merchandising and stock rotation to optimize selling floor presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, warehouse, or receiving roles
- Ability to operate retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry items up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of documented experience in operations, warehouse, or retail receiving environments, demonstrating proficiency with inventory control and merchandise handling protocols.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail operations or warehouse certifications considered an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Troy, Michigan, USA, with easy access to Detroit.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 18 per hour.
