Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage inbound merchandise for placement on the sales floor
- Prepare and process outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, branch locations, or distribution facilities
- Execute daily inventory control operations and audit procedures
- Implement merchandise price changes and ticketing as directed
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and procedures in warehouse and dock environments
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, or retail back-of-house environments
- Ability to operate and navigate retail and mobile technology platforms
- Capacity to lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations, warehouse, or retail back-of-house environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
