Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and cycle counts
- Process merchandise price changes and adjustments as directed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout warehouse areas
- Assist with merchandise organization and stock rotation using retail technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of operations or warehouse experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, or similar back-of-house retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
