Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for the sales floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and reconciliation
- Perform merchandise price changes and ticketing as directed
- Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed on the receiving dock and throughout work areas
- Support operational excellence during high-volume seasonal periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or similar back-of-house retail roles
- Proficiency with retail systems and mobile technologies
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry merchandise up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours based on business demand
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operations, warehouse, distribution, or back-of-house retail environments. Prior experience with merchandise receiving, sorting, inventory control, and fulfillment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
