Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for display on the sales floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other store locations, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and merchandise audits
- Process and apply merchandise price changes as required
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas
- Support the operations team during peak seasonal periods with flexibility for varied scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
