Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other store locations, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and reconciliation
- Process merchandise price changes as directed
- Maintain all safety and compliance procedures on the receiving dock and throughout warehouse areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in operations, warehouse, or similar logistics environment
- Proficiency with retail technologies and mobile devices
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry merchandise up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business operations

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations, warehouse, or inventory management role within a retail, logistics, or distribution environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific advanced education required.
