Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center
- Execute daily inventory control operations and maintain accurate stock records
- Complete merchandise price changes as directed
- Maintain and enforce safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas
- Support operations team with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
