Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to customers, other store locations, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and ensure accurate merchandise counts
- Process merchandise price changes and promotional markings as directed
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of operations, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and mobile technology platforms
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to perform sustained standing, bending, stair climbing, and repetitive tasks
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
