Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor
- Process and prepare outbound merchandise shipments to clients, store locations, and the distribution center
- Execute daily inventory control operations and maintain accurate records
- Implement merchandise price changes as required
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout assigned work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, or back-of-house retail roles
- Proficiency with retail management systems and mobile technologies
- Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
