Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center
- Execute daily inventory control operations and merchandise audits
- Perform merchandise price changes and ticketing as required
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout all work areas
- Support the operations team in delivering exceptional client experiences during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in operations, warehouse, or back-of-house retail environments
- Proficiency with retail technologies and mobile platforms
- Ability to safely lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds
- Physical capability to perform standing, bending, and climbing stairs throughout shifts
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Experience
Minimum one year of experience in operations or warehouse roles within a retail environment.
